Section 1 Amendments to this constitution may be proposed by an officer, by the Executive Committee, or by any member.
Section 2 This constitution may be amended in whole or in part by the two_thirds vote of those present and voting at any general meeting called for this purpose, or by a two_thirds majority of the ballots received in response to a request for a vote by mail provided that notice of proposed amendments has been given to members at least two weeks prior to such meetings or counting of mailed ballots returns.
