Section I Meetings shall be held at such times and places as the Executive Committee may Determine, provided that there shall be one annual election meeting before November 1.
Section 2 Officers shall begin their terms on November 1.
Section 3 The Executive Committee shall determine the procedure for the election of officers.
Section 4 Vacancies shall be filled by the Executive Committee.
Section 5 The Executive Committee may provide, at its discretion, for issues to be submitted for vote of members by mail or at a general meeting.
Section 6 Quorum at a general meeting shall be 25 % of the total membership.
