Section 1 The officers of this Association shall be: President, Vice_President, Secretary, Treasurer and Chairpersons of the Standing Committees.
Section 2 The Executive Committee shall be: President, Vice_President, Secretary, Treasurer and Chairpersons of the Standing Committees.
Section 3 The President shall, with the advice and approval of the Executive Committee, conduct all business of the association during intervals between meetings. The President may, subject to the approval of the Executive Committee, appoint such Standing and Ad Hoc Committees as are deemed necessary.
Section 4 The Standing Committees shall consist of: Program; Communications; Membership; Standards; Ways and Means; and shall be activated as deemed necessary by the President.
Section 5 A quorum at an Executive Committee meeting shall consist of seventy five percent (75 %) of the current Executive Committee membership.
