Section 1 Membership shall be open to cities, towns or county government within the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, as well as agencies, commissions or authorities of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Each entity accepted for membership shall be entitled to all of the privileges of membership in said Association. Membership as described herein shall constitute regular membership.
Section 2 Each regular membership shall have one vote.
Section 3 Dues for membership shall be voted on at an annual meeting.
